Manifesto of Neo-Decolonisation In China
我们相信：中国是一个自反性的殖民帝国；它对它所统治的土地和人民呈现出殖民者对被殖民者的特性。
我们相信：中国的殖民性质在每一次大一统王朝的建立后达到高峰，并在现今中国共产党的统治下达到了前所未有的高度。
我们相信：中华人民共和国、北伐后的大陆时期中华民国、以及今后可能出现的所有在大陆东亚出现的大一统帝国都将继承并具备清帝国的一切殖民性质；这种殖民性质不随所谓“统治民族”的变更而变更，而是随“中国”的存在而存在。
我们相信：大陆东亚的最后一次大规模反殖民斗争以民国时期联省自治的形式呈现，并由国共二党联合苏联携手扼杀在襁褓之中。各国在近代至二十世纪初建立的各种殖民地相继在二十世纪中后期独立，唯独大陆东亚各民族天然的自决权被中华殖民帝国的话术偷天换日成帝国本身的自决权；我们相信，这是中华殖民帝国至今仍然存在的直接原因。
我们相信：大陆东亚的反殖民斗争尚未结束。历史上的反殖民斗争以独立民族国家的建立结束；大陆东亚的反殖民斗争亦将以中国统治下各族群完成脱离中国的完全自决结束。
我们在此宣誓：我们将尽我们的生命所能够的最大努力，推动中国新解殖事业的最终完成。

We believe: that China is a reflexive colonial empire; its relationship with the lands and peoples it governs mirrors the characteristics of a colonizer toward the colonized.
We believe: that the colonial nature of China reaches its peak with the establishment of each unified dynasty and has now attained unprecedented heights under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party.
We believe: that the People's Republic of China, the Republic of China during the post-Northern Expedition mainland period, and any future unified empires that may arise in mainland East Asia will all inherit and exhibit the colonial characteristics of the Qing Empire. This colonial nature does not change with the so-called "ruling ethnic group" but persists with the existence of "China" itself.
We believe: that the last large-scale anti-colonial struggle in mainland East Asia manifested in the form of provincial autonomy during the Republican era. This movement was jointly crushed in its infancy by the Kuomintang, the Communist Party, and the Soviet Union. While various colonies established during the modern era and early 20th century achieved independence in the mid-to-late 20th century, the natural right to self-determination of various ethnic groups in mainland East Asia was cunningly replaced with the supposed self-determination of the Chinese colonial empire itself. We believe this substitution is the direct reason for the continued existence of the Chinese colonial empire.
We believe: that the anti-colonial struggle in mainland East Asia is not yet over. Historically, anti-colonial struggles have culminated in the establishment of independent nation-states. The anti-colonial struggle in mainland East Asia will similarly conclude with the full self-determination of all ethnic groups currently under Chinese rule, resulting in their complete separation from China.
Hereby we pledge: to devote the utmost effort within the span of our lives to advance the ultimate completion of China's new decolonization.
